至 nepomuk658 : Bei mir geht es mit täglichem Training seeeeehr langsam voran. Hab aber das Gefühl, dass langsam eher die Knochen im Weg sind... Habe ja recht schmale Hüften.

至 KleinerEngel : Ich schaffe aktuell 8.5cm mit sehr harten toys. Ziel für 2023 sind die 10cm 😄
